The Chancellor.
The bill in this cause prays that a fair partition may be made of the real estate of El wood Morris, deceased, among the persons entitled thereto, and if that-be impracticable, the premises be sold and the proceeds divided. It seeks to charge the widow, in the division of the proceeds, with rent received by her from the premises, which appear to be a house and lot in Camden, the lot being forty feet by one hundred and fifty.
