Friedrich Foellner died November 25th, 1944, leaving a will which, after contest, was admitted to probate April 25th, 1947, and letters testamentary were granted to the executor therein named. By his will the decedent bequeathed to his wife Emma Foellner, whom he married May 15th, 1932, $3,000 in lieu of dower and gave the residue of his estate to relatives living in Germany.
