The complainants filed their original bill in the Chancery Court of Knox County,- in which it is alleged that they are the owners of one half interest in a certain house and lot in the City of Knoxville, as the heirs of J. A. Lane, deceased, and they pray for a- decree of sale for partition since the property is incapable of being partitioned in kind. .
