This case arises out of a dispute over title and right to possession of an approximate 490-acre tract of land in Tipton County. Plaintiffs brought this action in 1977, challenging the adverse claim of the defendants to this tract. Both the chancery court and the court of appeals awarded the entire tract to the defendants. Permission to appeal was granted. In Ulhorn v.
