JONES, Circuit Judge.

This matter is here upon petition of the National Labor Relations Board for the enforcement of its order against the respondent in a proceeding duly had under the National Labor Relations Act. The order, which is based upon cognate findings by the Board, directs the respondent to cease and desist from refusing to bargain collectively with its employees, to take appropriate action in such regard for the future and to post notices indicating its intention to comply with the order.
