These appeals challenge the constitutionality of cc. 580 and 581, 2 Laws of New York, 1922, pp. 1314^-1315, as being in contravention of the due process and equal protection of the law clauses of the Fourteenth Amendment and the commerce clause of the Constitution of the United States. So far as these cases are concerned, the statutes are substantially alike, and it is enough to refer to c. 581 which provides that any person who with intent to defraud: . . . “ 4.
