This is an appeal from a judgment of the circuit court of Fulton county. The case involves the validity of the organization of Lewistown Community High School District No. 241. This district is located in the county of Fulton. On the relation of certain individual landowners in the district, the information or complaint in quo warranto was filed by the State’s Attorney of Fulton county.
