This is a dispute between the victim of a hit-and-run automobile accident, John Vit~ torioso, and his employer’s automobile insurer, ACE American Insurance Company (“ACE”). The parties seek to adjudicate one issue: the uninsured motorists (“UM”) coverage limit under the applicable insurance policy (the “Policy”) that ACE issued to the employer.
