Appellant, an inmate in the Marquette Branch Prison (mbp), appeals as of right from an order of the Marquette Circuit Court dismissing his civil rights action against defendants. 42 USC 1983. Defendants are employees of the Michigan Department of Corrections (mdoc). Appellant argues on appeal that the trial court erred in granting summary disposition to defendants. He asserts, also, that the court erred in failing to strike defendants’ supplemental motion for summary disposition. We affirm.
