Plaintiffs, Belle Isle Grill Corporation and Wissam Hannawa (hereinafter collectively referred to as “plaintiff”) appeal as of right, and defendant city of Detroit cross-appeals, 2 the order granting summary disposition in favor of defendant pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(7), (8), and (10) in this case arising from the alleged breach of a lease agreement entered into by defendant and plaintiff in August 1996.
