Petitioner filed this action on March 16, 1962, to have declared null a judgment rendered against him and in favor of defendant. Defendant, Gulfco Finance Company of West Monroe, Inc., brought suit on a note and chattel mortgage alleged to have been executed by petitioner on February 29, 1960, and obtained judgment against petitioner by default on November 15, 1961, in the suit styled “Gulfco Finance Company of West Monroe, Inc. v.
