Plaintiffs-Appellants Amy Thomson, individually and as guardian ad litem for her two children, and the estate of Chad Thomson, through Ms. Thomson as its personal representative, challenge the district court’s grant of summary judgment for Defendants-Appellees Salt Lake County and Deputy Alan Morrieal.
