The question here for determination is as to whether or not the jurisdiction attaches by virtue of the allegations of the petition, or is to be determined by the final ascertainment made by the court as to the amount of its outstanding legal indebU edness. The original petition herein alleged the outstanding indebtedness due and unpaid to be the sum of $1,059.92; a list of warrants aggregating that sum being attached as a part thereof. But it. was further alleged by amendment that two certain warrants, to-wit, No. 2, for $400. and No. 3, for a like sum, were illegally issued and without…
