Tliis action was commenced by the plaintiff in error in tbe district court of Texas county against tbe defendants in error, on April 15, 1915, to enjoin tbo defendants in error, as tbe pretended board of trustees of tlie pretended town of Tyrone, from doing any act as members of tile board of trustees of tbe town of Tyrone, and from malting and certifying an estimate of the revenue to be raised by taxation for said town of Tyrone for tbe purpose of a levy, to be made by the county excise board of Texas county.
