The State has appealed two orders of the circuit court of Du Page County arising from the prosecution of defendant, Cynthia Brodeur, for driving while under the influence of alcohol (DUI) (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 95V2, par. ll-501(a)(2)).

Following her DUI arrest and the summary suspension of her driver’s license for her refusal to complete a blood-alcohol test, defendant filed a petition to rescind the statutory summary suspension of her driver’s license (Ill.
