Donald Reinert petitions for review of the order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed the decision of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) granting Stroh Companies’ (Employer) petition to modify benefits based on Reinert’s failure to pursue available employment within his physical restrictions.
