Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (De Lury, J.), rendered' August 27, 1980 and amended August 28, 1980, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, robbery in the second degree and grand larceny in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment, as amended, reversed, on the law and as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, and new trial ordered.
