Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered February 15, 1979 and February 26, 1979, convicting defendant of robbery in the second degree, assault in the third degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment reversed, on the law and as a *923matter of discretion in the interest of justice, and case remitted to Criminal Term for further proceedings consistent herewith.
