BECK, Judge:

Nancy Pharoah (formerly Nancy Lapes and hereinafter “mother”), filed a petition seeking contribution from George Lapes, the father, for the college education and support of their son Anthony. Since 1981 father has been paying child support for Anthony and a younger child Andrea pursuant to a marital settlement agreement.
