FAY, Senior Circuit Judge:
This appeal arises from the District Court’s order affirming the Bankruptcy Court’s decision to grant a motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. Appellants contend that the District Court erroneously affirmed the Bankruptcy Court’s dismissal by imposing upon them the burden of proving facts in response to a motion addressing only the sufficiency of the complaint.
