MEMORANDUM OPINION ON COMPLAINT TO DETERMINE DIS-CHARGEABILITY

The matter before the Court is the 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A), Complaint for Nondis-chargeability filed on August 18,1997, by the plaintiff, FCC National Bank doing business as First Card. After notice, a trial was held on February 17, 1998. McCollum Halcomb, the attorney for the plaintiff; David Alan Gespass, the attorney for the debtor; and the Chapter 7 debtor, Honey Gilmore, appeared.
