OPINION
SULLIVAN, Judge.
Bernadine Aldridge, Raymond Aldridgé and Rodney L. Aldridge (Aldridges), appeal the trial court’s entry of Judgment on the Evidence in favor of the Indiana Department of Natural Resources and the State of Indiana.
We affirm.
The Aldridges present one issue upon appeal, which we restate as follows:(1) Whether the trial court erred in granting the State’s Motion for Judgment on the Evidence after determining that the State did not owe a private duty to the Aldridges to protect them from falling tree branches at their campsite. •
