STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Steve and Kelly Henshilwood, individually and on behalf of their minor daughter, Laura Henshilwood (hereinafter “the Henshil-woods”) appeal from the trial court’s grant of a motion for summary judgment in favor of Hendricks County, Board of Commissioners of Hendricks County, Hendricks County Highway Department and Hendricks County Department of Health (collectively “the County”).
