This matter comes before the Court on defendant Ticket Track, Inc.’s (“Ticket Track”) motion . for summary judgment. (Dkt. No. 85) Plaintiff class in this case alleges that Ticket Track, which operates as a debt collector for owners of unmanned parking lots, unlawfully collected fees in addition to the principal amounts of parking fees.
