Plaintiff Jacqueline Hunt, administrator of the estate of Gregory A. Hunt, has appealed from a judgment of the Summit County Court of Common Pleas that dismissed her complaint against defendant Marksman Products because it failed to state a claim upon which relief could be granted. She has argued that the trial court incorrectly dismissed her complaint because she had alleged a valid products liability claim against Marksman Products.
