The appellant and respondent each own and publish a newspaper in the city of Seattle. The appellant brought an action against the respondent, alleging that the respondent had, by deceit and fraud, obtained possession of the appellant’s mailing lists, and had used the same for the purpose of enticing away its subscribers.
