JOHN L. PETERSON, Bankruptcy Judge.
In this Chapter 12 case, hearing on the Debtor’s Third Amended Plan was held on June 30, 1987, together with objections filed by Federal Land Bank of Spokane (FLB), Joyce M. Fowler (Fowler) and Interstate Production Credit Association (PCA). At a prior hearing, the Court determined that the value of the Debtor’s land and improvements was $125,595.00, and it is on the basis of that valuation that the Debtor seeks to restructure his debts.
