Henry Hannah and Karen Hardy (“Appellants” or “Plaintiffs”), proceeding pro se, appeal the district court’s dismissal of their civil rights action. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
I. BACKGROUND
Appellants filed a 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action against the Broward County Sheriffs Department, Sheriff Ken Jenne, Sergeant William Jackson, and Deputies Theophilus Woulard, Albury Burrows, and Myko Cok er (“Defendants”), alleging that Defendants violated their rights under the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, and Fourteenth Amendments.
