This is a suit to establish a partnership or joint enterprise and for an accounting. Plaintiff, Nelis Steketee, age 55 is the only son of defendant, Peter P. Steketee, age 81 years. Both live in or near the city of Muskegon, Prom about 1900 to 1910, defendant was in partnership with George M. Leonard in the billposting and sign painting business. In 1910, this partnership was dissolved by the purchase of the Leonard interest by defendant for the sum of $5,000.
