Presently pending before the Court is an appeal by the trustee for the estate of the Jeffrey Bigelow Design Group, Inc. (‘‘debt- or”) from the decision of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland and cross-appeals by appellees First American Bank of Maryland (“First American”), Ann Donatelli, Louis T. Donatelli, and Donatelli and Klein, Inc. (“Donatelli and Klein”).
