This proceeding was brought to obtain a writ of mandamus commanding certain officers of the Greater-America Exposition to draw, issue and deliver to relators an unconditional warrant upon the treasurer of said corporation for the payment to them .of the sum of $10,000. The district court allowed the writ. Error Avas taken to this court, which held that the proceedings below were unwarranted and the writ improvidently allowed, reversed the judgment and remanded the cause. Horton v.
