ORDER ON MOTIONS TO DISMISS INFORMATION BY ALL DEFENDANTS
DAUGHERTY, Chief Judge.
The defendants, Joe Linden Blanton and La Belle, Inc., have filed herein a Motion to Dismiss the Information, which they have erroneously labeled “Motion to Dismiss Indictment”. The defendants, Joseph Burton Bodin, William Albert Bodin, Hemisphere Sounds, Inc., Broken Arrow Productions, Inc., have joined in a separate “Motion to Dismiss Information and request for oral argument”.
