MEMORANDUM OPINION ON AMENDED COMPLAINT TO DETERMINE DISCHARGEABILITY OF DEBTS

Section 523(a) of the Bankruptcy Code provides that a discharge in bankruptcy does not discharge an individual debtor from certain specified debts, including debts for support, 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(5), and debts for willful and malicious injury by the debtor, 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6).
