Plaintiff Electrical Inspectors, Inc. (“Eli”) brings this action against defendants Alexander Pirnie (“Pirnie”) and the New York Board of Fire Underwriters (collectively, the “Board”), and the Village of Oyster Bay Cove (“Oyster Bay Cove”) and the Village of Islandia (“Islandia”) (collectively, the “municipal defendants”) 1 asserting, in its amended complaint, claims for violations of §§ 1 and 2 of the Sherman Antitrust Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1, 2 (the “federal antitrust claims”), and New York’s Donnelly Act, N.Y.
