Plaintiff, Mrs. Regina Le Blanc Johnson, the daughter emancipated by *1057marriage, of Samuel O. Le Blanc, deceased, alleges that by his last will, which was admitted to probate December 31, 1908, her father left her one-fourth of his estate, and left the other three-fourths to her two minor brothers; that he appointed B. C. ■ Le Blanc, James E. Dunlap, and W. B.
