8224 Writ of error denied by Supreme Court. The appellee, Mrs. Adella Gathings, instituted this suit against the appellant, Hill County Cotton Oil Company, to recover damages on account of loss of services of her minor son, Bascom Gathings. The petition alleges, in substance, that plaintiff is a widow and the surviving parent of Bascom Gathings; that in November, 1911, her said son, who was then about 15 years of age, was employed by the defendant, without plaintiff's consent to work for it, in one of its seedhouses in the city of Hillsboro; that at the time plaintiff's son was so employed…
