This is a driver’s license revocation case.

Calvin Earl Renfroe (Renfroe) was notified by the Alabama Department of Public Safety (Department) that his driver’s license had been revoked for a period of three years due to three convictions of driving under the influence of alcohol which he *22sustained within a five-year period. Subsequent to the notice, Renfroe filed an “Appeal of Driver’s License Revocation” in the Circuit Court of Madison County, seeking to have the revocation set aside.
