Memorandum Opinion and Order

This suit evolves from the closing of the Baltimore office of a magazine subscription service, Family Publications Service, Inc. (FPS). Like some magazine articles, its exposition is being presented in installments. The first chapter, 334 F.Supp. 953 (1971), dealt with the relevancy or other propriety of the plaintiffs’ interrogatories which were directed to factual issues raised by defendants’ motions to dismiss on jurisdictional grounds.
