This action originated in the Knox Circuit Court, and, on change of venue, was tried in the court below. Appellee was plaintiff, and sued appellant to recover damages alleged to have resulted from its negligence. The amended complaint is in a single paragraph, fi> which a demurrer for want of facts was addressed and overruled. Appellant’s motion to require appellee i» make her complaint more specific was also overruled. Trial by jury, resulting in a verdict in favor of appellee.
