OPINION OF THE COURT BY

LE BARON, J.

Under a plea of not guilty, the defendant was tried upon the charge in the indictment of murder in the first degree for the killing of his wife. Two attorneys, appointed by the court, represented and defended him. After trial, the jury returned a verdict of guilty as charged and the court sentenced the defendant to be hanged.
