WASHINGTON, Associate Judge:

This matter comes before the court on appellant, Laurie Morrison’s, appeal of the trial court’s denial of her Motion for Recovery of garnished funds and subsequent Motion for Summary Judgment. The trial court held that the funds in a bank account held jointly by Morrison and her husband (Roger Morrison) were garnishable, and thus condemned the funds in favor of Opal Potter, who held a judgment against Mr. Morrison, individually.
