Spiros Georgacopulos, appellant, filed his bill in the superior court of Cook county against Bessie M. Hruby, appellee, for the specific performance of a contract for the sale of real estate. Appellee filed an answer denying that the contract was signed by her or by anyone lawfully authorized so to do by her.
