MANTON, Circuit Judge.

The appellants, with others, have filed claims against the estate of the bankrupts, contending that they are creditors and entitled to share in the distribution of the estate. On June 16, 1923, Knauth, Naehod & Kuhne were petitioned in bankruptcy. The Louis Di Santis Bank of Canton, Ohio, prior to that date, had an arrangement with the bankrupts by the terms of which this bank and others in their own name could draw drafts or money orders on foreign banks, where such domestic banks had no balance, and the drafts would be protected and paid from the bankrupts’ balance in…
