MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Introduction
This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion to Strike (Doc. No. 20) three affirmative defenses raised in Defendants’ Answer (Doc. No. 15). Plaintiff HCRI TRS Acquirer, LLC (“HCRI”) filed this suit seeking damages against Defendants Herbert Iwer, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Progressive Healthcare, LLC (“Progressive”), and Andrea Iwer, the Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of Progressive, for al leged breach of a loan guaranty (Doc. No. 1).
