Barry Jewell has again filed a motion asking the Court to order the government to release the lis pendens notice filed by the government giving notice that it claims an interest in Jewell’s residence, which is owned in the name of Barry J. Jewell and Heather M. Jewell, Trustees of the Barry J. Jewell and Heather M. Jewell Living Revocable Trust.
