MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

WEXLER, District Judge.

Plaintiff seeks judicial review, pursuant to Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act (the “Act”), 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), of a final determination of the Commissioner of Social Security (the “Commissioner”) denying her application for disability insurance benefits. Both parties have moved for judgment on the pleadings pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(c). The only issue before the Court is whether the Commissioner’s decision is supported by substantial evidence and based upon the correct legal standards. For the reasons discussed below,…
