OPINION AND ORDER

SCHWARTZ, District Judge.

In this action, plaintiff alleges breach of contract, trademark infringement, copyright infringement and related claims arising out of a proposed television series that is currently being developed and produced by defendants. Before the Court is plaintiffs motion for preliminary injunction, and defendants’ cross-motion to dismiss the Amended Complaint. For the reasons set forth below, both motions are granted in part and denied in part.
