LALLY-GREEN, J.:
¶ 1 First Philson Bank (Bank), appeals the trial court’s grant of summary judgment entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Somerset County. We affirm.
¶2 On December 14, 1993, Bank filed a Complaint against Appellees, Hartford Fire Insurance Co. t/a ITT Hartford (Hartford), and Thomas L. Keep (Keep), alleging that Hartford refused to make payment under a fidelity bond that the Bank had maintained with Hartford (Bond). Bank claimed coverage under the bond because of the alleged misconduct and fraudulent acts committed by the Bank’s former employee, Keep.
