The appellant, Brodrick Resean Jones, was convicted of capital murder and criminal attempt to commit aggravated robbery and sentenced to life in prison without parole. He appeals his judgment of conviction on five grounds. We affirm.
On the evening of February 11, 1996, Jones and his friend, Darrell Haire, went out to “do some drinking and riding” in Little Rock. They stopped at a Stax Store in southwest Little Rock for gasoline and a bag of chips and at two other gasoline stations, including a Texaco station, ostensibly to buy beer.
