This appeal, by appellant James Arnold Baughman, is from a judgment of conviction for one count of capital murder and one count of second-degree murder from Benton County Circuit Court. Baughman was sentenced to life in prison, without the possibility of parole; and, a twenty-year sentence on the second-degree murder conviction.
